(1.) Consumer Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us (Tollify, represented by Alain de Man, Jacob Schorerlaan 1, 2525 ZP Den Haag, Netherlands, Email: info@tollify.at, Phone: +31 (0) 6 10 27 78 89) through a clear declaration, such as a letter sent by post, fax, or email, stating your decision to revoke this contract. While an enclosed sample revocation form is available for your convenience, its usage is not obligatory. Sending your withdrawal notification before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient for compliance.
(2.) Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon revocation of this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments received from you, inclusive of delivery costs (except any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our most economical standard option), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date of receiving your notice of contract revocation. We will employ the same payment method used for your initial transaction for this reimbursement unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise; you will not incur any charges for this reimbursement.
Should you request the initiation of services during the withdrawal period, you are obligated to compensate us with a reasonable sum proportionate to the services already rendered up to the moment you notify us of your decision to withdraw, relative to the total scope of services stipulated in the contract.

Note on Early Withdrawal Expiry:
In cases of service provision contracts, the right to withdraw also lapses if we have delivered the service in its entirety and only commenced its provision after receiving your explicit consent, along with your acknowledgment that your right of withdrawal would cease upon the full completion of the contract by us.
